4 Sep 24: Admin Night

Good afternoon, Cadets, Parents, and Guardians,

We hope everyone had a wonderful summer break and are excited to return for the 2024-2025 Training Year! Our first training night will be on Wednesday, September 4th, 2024. The first night back is an Administration and Uniform Exchange night. Please see information below.

Date: 4 Sep 24
Dress: Civilian Attire
Time: All cadets are expected to arrive at the unit NLT 1900hrs with their parent or guardian.

Each cadet will need to visit our three departments:

1)      Administration

• Each cadet will receive their Annual Validation Form (AVF) to update the personal information that we have on file. If the parent or guardian attend, we will send the AVF home to be signed and returned the following week.
• If applicable, cadets may also receive a Detailed Health Questionnaire to take home, complete, and return to us. 
• Pay the $125.00 assessment fee to the Sponsoring Committee. Only cash will be accepted, and we ask that cadets bring the exact amount.

2)      Supply

• Cadets can exchange any uniform parts that do not fit. Please make sure to bring the old uniform part washed to make a swap.

3)      Training

• Confirm the cadet’s training level for the 2024-2025 training year,
• Confirm ranks, and
• Receive the updated level badge.

After visiting the three departments above, cadets can leave for the night. All Sergeants and above are required to stay the entire night, as we have additional training scheduled.
